1st Step delivers digital access only. This page explains what that means.
1st Step is a digital learning platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Every plan — Monthly, 3-Month, Annual, and Lifetime Access — grants access to in-app digital content only.
Once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider and your account is verified, access to the purchased plan's content and features is unlocked electronically within the App, typically within a few minutes.
Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping fees, shipping addresses, or delivery carriers involved in any purchase made through the App.
If you completed a payment but access to your plan was not granted, contact us at crabdo41@gmail.com with your proof of payment and we will resolve it promptly.
