How refund requests are handled for 1st Step's subscription plans and Lifetime Access.
We want you to be satisfied with 1st Step. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans and Lifetime Access purchase, in a fair and transparent way.
If you purchased through an app store (Google Play or the App Store), refunds for subscriptions are handled by that store under its own refund policy, since the store processes the payment directly. If you purchased through Paymob (direct card payment), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the paid content, by contacting us at the email below.
Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase. Because it grants permanent, non-recurring access, refund requests are evaluated case by case and are generally only granted if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the account has not made substantial use of the unlocked content.
To be eligible for a refund, your request should be made within a reasonable time of the purchase (7 days, unless a different window applies under an app store's own policy), and the purchased plan should not have been substantially used. Refunds are not guaranteed simply because a request is made — each case is reviewed individually.
If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or charged in error due to a technical issue, contact us with your payment details and we will investigate and refund the duplicate or incorrect charge once confirmed.
If a payment was completed but you did not receive access to the plan you purchased, contact us with proof of payment (receipt or transaction reference) and we will restore your access or process a refund if access cannot be restored.
Email crabdo41@gmail.com with your account email, the plan purchased, the purchase date, and (if available) a payment reference or receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
