1st Step is a mobile app for learning practical, income-relevant digital skills.
1st Step is a practical, mobile-first learning platform built to help beginners in Egypt and the wider Arabic-speaking world build real, valuable digital skills — the kind that lead to freelance work, remote jobs, and independent income.
Inside the app you'll find structured, step-by-step learning paths for high-demand digital skills, hands-on practical projects you build as you learn, an AI mentor that answers questions and gives guidance along the way, skill-based challenges to test what you've learned, and career-oriented resources to help you take your first real steps toward paid work.
We focus on practical, applied learning rather than passive video watching. Every skill path is designed to take a complete beginner from zero to a portfolio-ready level, with clear milestones and real feedback along the way.
1st Step is operated from Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, and serves learners across Egypt and the wider region.
